2009 Ultramax Multi-sport Series Championship Scoring
The Ultramax Multi-sport Series launched in 2004 and starts over with each new season. The Series is a competition comprised of Ultramax owned races, and a select few of Missouri's best events. Participants are awarded points at each Ultramax Series Race based on their individual finish time versus the overall amateur's finish time. Much like USAT rankings, events in the Series have a multiplier based on the specific event.
NEW IN 2009 - The multiplier will be used to determine each racer's final score. Each racer's four best scores will be counted, along with 20 bonus points for each additional race in the series that is completed. You MUST complete a minimum of FOUR events to be be listed and considered in the final Championship Series standings.
2009 Ultramax Series Events
IMPORTANT - You don't have to win races to be the Ultramax Series Champion. In 2009, you will earn 20 points just for crossing the finish line! Most of the top 10 winners are decided by participation points! We increased participation points this year, to specifically reward those that race in LOTS of Ultramax Events.
