Aid Stations will located approximately each mile and will be stocked with water, Heed Sports drink, Hammergel and light first aid supplies. Oh Yes, and great volunteers! We are working on music and celebrations and each point along the way.
Ipods and Audio Devices
In accordance with the guidelines of USATF and the Road Runner's Club of America, we are strongly recommending that you do not use Ipods or other audio devices during the event. Choosing to use an audio device will NOT result in disqualification, but you will compromise your safety and that of others by wearing a headset. We ask that you take responsibility and use good judgment if you opt to wear an audio device; the safety of our participants is our first priority. Please use consideration and good judgment in this area.
