THINK DIFFERENTLY. TREAT DIFFERENTLY.
Your symptoms are biomechanical. Our solution is human. The Precision Health Group thinks differently and treats differently and is indeed a different kind of results-based chiropractic organization.
To say that the Precision Health Group are chiropractors or back pain & soft tissue specialists or even provide transformative rehabilitation & musculoskeletal care through physical therapy would be to leave out the most important part of the job.
Precision Health Group treats beyond the body. We work toward a common purpose with an unrelenting commitment to return our patients to health with rapid, accurate treatment that reaches what's important to our patients, regardless of what it takes. We relieve the back pain and the joint pain. It is the result and it is the pursuit. WE ARE RELENTLESS.
Ultramax Sports is happy to announce Precision Health Group as the title sponsor of the 2012 Max-O-Mania Ultimate Triathlon Challenge! For more information about what they do and who they are, please visit their website: precisionhealthstl.com.
The Columbia Center for Dentistry takes a proactive approach to dental health. Our popular Quartermax event was created in 2004. The amazing 8,000-acre Innsbrook Resort venue is located just minutes from St. Louis, Missouri, and has become one of the most celebrated multi-sport meccas in the sport. The Fresh Ideas Quartermax & Octomax Triathlon features both Intermediate and Sprint Course options.
Ultramax Sports is also excited to announce that Max-O-Mania will be making a comeback in 2012, and will be integrated into the Quartermax weekend. This will allow participants the opportunity to experience "True Team Concept" racing. This kind of racing cannot be found in the traditional one day, one event. Visit the Max-O-Mania website for more information.
Innsbrook is nestled in the forested hills of Warren County on more than 8,000 acres with over 100 lakes. Less than an hour drive west of St. Louis, the development consists of a residential and recreational living community, resort condominiums, conference center, golf course, restaurant, and stables.
Innsbrook was built out of an admiration for the simple, rejuvenating powers of Mother Nature. Her water, her land, her flora and fauna... they are respected here. Centered around this respect is a commitment to family. We hope you enjoy your visit... and perhaps you’'ll find you don’'t want to leave!
Ultramax Sports is so thrilled to have such an amazing backdrop to host this world-class multi-sport weekend. Experience Innsbrook for yourself. Visit their website to learn more about the resort - www.innsbrook-resort.com.

Wetsuits:
The final decision on whether or not wetsuits will be legal will be made and announced on race morning, potentially on Friday. At this time, it is looking more unlikely than likely that wetsuits will be legal. However, there is always a chance. You should prepare to not be able to wear one on race morning, but for sure bring it just in case. Remember, USAT rules permits everyone to wear a wetsuit without penalty up to and including a water temperature of 78 degrees. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees, but less than 84 degress, age group particpants may wear a suit at their own discretion, but will not be eligible for awards or prizes. For any temperatures greater than 84 degrees, no participants will be allowed to wear a wetsuit.
The water in Innsbrook's Lake Aspen can be from 60 to 80 degrees. Wetsuits may be worn. Safety concerns require us to ensure that every participant in a Swim Bike Run Open Water Swim event has adequate swim experience and has signed a release waiver. You can do so upon arrival. During the clinic, Sally Drake, 13-time Ironman, USAT Level II coach and owner of Swim Bike Run in St. Louis, will supervise swimmers along with Stephe of Backyard Lifeguards in all of the important ingredients of a successful open water swim: navigation, open-water technique, training, pacing, swimming in crowd, wetsuits, and safety. Swim Bike Run will offer this open water swim practice at Lake Aspen, Innsbrook on Friday, June 22 from 5PM to 6:30PM. You will need a swimsuit, swim cap and a pair of goggles for this swim. You may WISH to bring/wear a wetsuit. Swim Bike Run and Ultramax Sports will have wetsuits for rent and for sale. To guarantee a suite you must pre-arrange the wetsuit rental prior to June 22.
Per USAT rules, all athletes are required to pick up their own packet. You WILL NOT be able to pick up another individual's packet. Please come prepared with your photo ID and your USAT membership card (if you are an annual member). There will be no exceptions made for this rule. Packets will be available for pickup on Friday, June 22nd from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the race site at Innsbrook, as well as on Saturday morning from 5:30 am until 7:15 am at the race site. Be prepared for long lines if you choose to pick your pickup up on race day! If you are not a USA Triathlon annual member you will be required to pay the $12 single-event fee. Join USAT to avoid these fees!

Nearly 100% of all unsolicited racer comments include praise for our volunteers; this is truly what makes these events possible.
